FAQ
How do payments work? Do you take a cut?
No cut, ever. Your invoices carry a UPI QR and payment link tied to your own UPI ID — clients pay you directly, bank to bank. You mark the invoice paid (or your ledger does it for packages). UnifiedSelf never holds your money.
Is my clients' data private? Can your team read my notes?
No — and not as a policy promise, as an architecture. Session notes and clinical data live behind a code-enforced wall that our own admin tools cannot cross; automated tests verify the wall on every release. Each practice's data is isolated on every database query.
Do you support WhatsApp reminders?
Yes — official WhatsApp Business reminders, 24h and 1h before each session, with Confirm / Reschedule / Cancel buttons the client can tap right in the chat. Invoices arrive with a view-and-pay link too. It's opt-in for every client, included in paid plans, and email + in-app reminders always keep running alongside.
I already have clients in a spreadsheet. How do I move?
Import them in one go — download our CSV template, fill it in (or export from your current tool), and upload. Clients and even past appointments come across, matched and time-zone correct.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — UnifiedSelf installs like an app on Android, iPhone, and desktop (no app store needed), with push notifications for reminders. Your clients just need the link; nothing to install for them either.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. Your data and clients stay exactly as they are — you just can't add a 4th active client until you upgrade (Starter, ₹499/month, takes you to 15). Every plan has the full product; paid tiers add capacity, not features. Founding members get Pro at ₹499/month, locked for life.
